Conventions
« House mark: The CommunityCAD mark recessed 0.3 mm into the outer face on its largest hole-free square (an L or T plate's corner, an inline plate's middle), clear of every hole and edge by one plate thickness; illustrative.
« Edges: Radius r at an inline plate's four corners and the 45° chamfer c at the outside corners Misumi chamfers, as drawn; every other edge sharp, including the hole edges and the inside corners. No countersinks, no markings.
« Values: No published standard: every plate is its reference maker's own design (Misumi HPT for B-type slot 6 and 8 and slot 10, OpenBuilds for V-slot), placed as its drawing places it; single source (LO, amber) unless a second maker states the same value. Hole positions, width and hole size are checked against the profile.
e Material: Each plate in its reference part's material, render and metadata only: Misumi's chromate- plated steel, OpenBuilds' anodised aluminium.
