Conventions
e Each end: ASME B1.20.1's pipe end, full thread to L2, the vanish threads to L4 on the pipe OD; both ends right hand. e 45° chamfer to the thread root at each end: not specified by the standard (A733's 35° +/- 10°, per Anvil, includes it). « Bore: the Schedule 40 inside diameter, straight through. No weld seam, no markings.
