Conventions « Outside chamfer: On the +Z face only: a cone from the outside wall at h - c to the face, at angle a from the axis and height c = (c/h) h, each at the middle of the band the owner entered from the standard's figure (30° to 45°, 0.25h to 0.5h). « Edges: Sharp everywhere else: the plain face's outside edge and both hole edges; no edge break, die-roll or burr.
« Walls and faces: The hole and the outside are true cylinders at d1 and d2, square to flat, parallel faces. No dish; the flatness tolerance isn't modeled.
e Values: d1 and d2 at their nominals (the standard puts them at d1 min and d2 max), h at its nominal. « Markings and hardness class: No markings. Hardness class (200 HV, 300 HV) is metadata only: one model per size.
