Conventions
« Hexagon: regular at the nominal s, one corner on +X, sharp edges; length m = 3d.
« End chamfers at both ends: a cone at B (range midpoint) meeting each end face on the circle s. Not specified by the standard. ¢ Countersinks to D at 6 at both ends (threaded level only).
¢ Bore: plain at D (simplified); ISO 68-1 basic internal thread over the full length (threaded), cut by the countersinks.
« No washer face, no markings. Values given only as a limit are modeled at that limit. Features the standard does not dimension are house conventions.
