Conventions
e Section and bore: A rectangle b wide (radial) and s thick (axial), its inner side on the d1 bore, constant around the turn. The outside is d1 + 2b, within d2 max.
« Section corners: r on the two outside - diameter corners; the bore- side corners are sharp. Interpreted from the standard's figure and real parts.
« Free shape and height: One right-hand turn of a helix at a constant lead, so the envelope runs from Z = 0 to the modeled h (form B).
« Split: A radial, parallel- sided slot centred on +X, as wide as s (the owner's rule).
« Values: d1 and h at their min/max midpoints; b, s and r at their nominals.
« Markings and finish: No markings. Material and finish are metadata only: one model per size.
