Modeled value: nominal, else the midpoint of min-max. s / =: only that limit is given. * amber: one source (LO). c: a source value was corrected. Level - independent sources. e follows from s and is checked = e min; dw min and dk set the two chamfer circles; mw min is checked at mid-flat, w min on the axis; x is the threaded run-out.

Conventions

« Hexagon: regular at the modeled s (its nominal), one corner on +X, sharp edges.

« Corner chamfers: a cone at B (range midpoint) at both ends, meeting the bearing face on (dw min + s) / 2 and the hex top face on (dk + s) / 2. Not specified by the standard.

« Dome: a cylinder of dk to h - r, then a hemisphere of r with its top at h.

« Countersink at the bearing face at da (range midpoint) and 0.

« Bore: blind, plain at D to t (simplified); ISO 68-1 basic internal thread, full to t - x and fading over x (threaded), cut by the countersink. It ends flat at t: a 120° drill point wouldn't leave w min.

« No washer face, no markings. Values given only as a limit are modeled at that limit. Features the standard does not dimension are house conventions.
