Conventions
¢ Cup (illustrative): Wall s = (D - Fw)/6 thick; each open end's lip turned in to Fw + 2s, s thick. Not any maker's design.
« Needle rollers (illustrative): No cage. Diameter Dw = (D - Fw)/2 - s on the circle Fw + Dw, length C - 4s, centred in the width, as many as fit at a pitch of 1.25 Dw, each a separate solid. Not any maker's design; measured only for fit.
« Corners: Outside corners are quarter-rounds of r_s min, the smallest any maker states; the shape isn't specified. Lip edges are sharp.
« Values: Fw, D and C at their nominals; r at r_s min, the only limit the sources give.
* Markings and grades: No markings. Tolerances, radial clearance and lubricant are not geometry: one model per bearing.
