Conventions
e Rings and corners: Bore d, outside diameter D and width B at the nominals of the product's own row; the rings concentric, their faces flush. Ring corners are quarter-rounds of r_s min; the shape isn't specified.
« Ring faces: Each ring's face is (D - d)/8 wide; the annulus between them is the middle half of the radial section.
¢ Shield and seal (2Z, 2RS): A flat annulus recessed r_s min / 2 below the ring faces, the same for both: no groove, snap wire or lip. Each is built from its own row; a 2RS with no sealed row listed takes the shielded row, labelled.
« Open bearing: The annulus recessed B/4 per face, leaving a solid web between the rings. Balls, cage and raceways are not modeled.
« Flange: A plain disc D1 x C1 flush with the flange - side ring face at Z = 0, its outer edges rounded at r_s min; no relief groove, the corner at its root sharp.
« Values: d, D, B, D1 and C1 at their nominals; r at r_s min, the only limit the sources give. * Markings and grades: No markings. Tolerance class, internal clearance and lubricant are not geometry: one model per bearing and product.
