Conventions
¢ Body: Matte black. Walls 1.0 mm where the drawing gives no pocket, floors 1.0 mm, tray end walls 1.5 mm, a 1.0 mm rib between bays. Finger windows: the top half of the side walls over the middle third of the length.
« Coin contacts: Positive: a 0.3 mm nickel strip a quarter of the pocket wide from the housing to the pocket's centre, resting on the seated cell's positive face (owner #1038 B), on a post down to its pin or tab. Negative: a 0.3 mm disc half the pocket across on the floor.
¢ Tray contacts: Negative: a coil of five 0.5 mm rings 1.0 mm apart on a base plate. Positive: a 0.3 mm plate with a centre dimple. Cells wired in series; the terminals as the maker's drawing places them.
¢ Terminals: Pins 0.8 x 0.5 mm, 3.0 mm long where the drawing gives no section or length; SMT tabs 0.3 mm on the board, a quarter of the pocket wide where no w2.
e Mark: The CommunityCAD mark recessed 0.3 mm into the underside at the centre, a quarter of the smaller plan side.
