Conventions
« Plugs: One push-in cross plug per profile cell, centred on the cell's core bore: two crossed ribs d/4 thick, their ends on the bore's circle, d long below the back face, the cell pitch p and core bore d from the profile's spec data. The cross plugs, the face's edge round and the recessed mark are illustrative, not any maker's design (ADR 0100 rows 3, 5, 6).
« Face edge and mark: The outer face's perimeter rounded t/4; every other edge sharp. The CommunityCAD mark recessed 0.3 mm into the outer face at its centre, side 0.4 x the smaller of a and h.
« Values: No published standard: the outline a x h from two makers (it equals the profile's); the seat thickness t and corner radius r the reference maker's; where its drawing gives no r, the profile's outside corner radius.
e Finish: Matte black plastic (polyamide, as every maker sells it): render and metadata only. Back face (seated on the profile's end) at Z = 0.
