Conventions
« Values: s and d3 (the free inner diameter) at their nominals, the ring free (unstressed); a at its max and d5 at its min (single limits); b at its approximate value.
« Outline: An eccentric circle gives width b at the back and b/2 at the front; square lugs of side a with the d5 hole centred; a parallel opening b wide (sheet DO2).
« Lugs: Holed lugs at every size; no open hooks.
« Edges, faces and markings: Sharp edges and joins, flat parallel faces, no markings. Material and finish are metadata only: one model per size.
« Groove: The groove d2, mand n is tabulated for your design; it isn't modeled.
