Conventions
« Corners: Outside corners are quarter circles of radius ro, the midpoint of the external corner band, tangent to the flat sides. Inside corners are concentric with them, ri = ro - T, a uniform wall round the corner.
e Weld seam and tolerances: No weld seam: a plain wall inside and out. Nominal H, B, D and T; EN 10219- 2's tolerances aren't modeled.
« Ends, lengths, finish: Flat ends square to the length, sharp edges (a sawn bar). The stock lengths as file options, length tolerance not modeled. No markings. Mid-grey mill scale with bright sawn ends, appearance only.
