Conventions
« Edges: Sharp on both faces, outside and bore: no edge break, die-roll or burr.
e Walls and faces: The bore and the outside are true cylinders at d1 and d2, concentric, square to flat, parallel faces; the concentricity and flatness tolerances aren't modeled.
e Values: d1 and d2 at the middles of their ISO 286-2 bands, D12 wholly above the d1 nominal and d12 wholly below the d2 nominal; h at its nominal, which is the maximum. One file per standard thickness that two sources confirm.
« Markings and material: No markings. Material and finish (bright steel, A2) are metadata only: one model per size and thickness.
« Listed by one source only, not generated: h = 0.1, 0.15, 0.2, 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4.
