Conventions
e Outside chamfer: One chamfer of 0.1 b x 45 degrees on the +Z face's outside edge, drawn about that size by the standard, not dimensioned. Both bore edges and the other outside edge sharp; small breaks seen on real parts aren't modeled.
« Set-screw hole, form A: Radial on +X at b/2, through the wall into the bore, with a sharp mouth; the countersink seen on real parts isn't modeled. Simplified level: a plain cylinder at the nominal d3. Threaded level: ISO 68-1 basic internal profile, right hand, coarse pitch, over the full wall.
« Set screw, form A: Not modeled: the collar only. The standard's screw is slotted, ISO 7434, d3 x I_s; hex socket screws (ISO 4026-4029) are common in trade.
« Pin hole, form B: A straight d4 hole on +X at b/2, through the near wall only. Reamed 1:50 together with the shaft at assembly. Form B starts at di=4.
e Values: d1 at the middle of its H8 band and d2 at the middle of its h13 band, both wholly off the nominal; b, d3 and d4 at their nominals.
« Walls, markings and finish: Concentric bore and outside, flat parallel faces; their tolerances aren't modeled. No markings. Material and finish are metadata only: one model per form and size.
