Conventions
« Edition and scope: ISO 2795:2020, Tables 1 and 2 from its complete free preview. Every Table 1 row with d 2 to 12, normal and thin- wall series.
e Values: d, D and L at their nominals: the sources give tolerance classes (before fitting G7/G8 bore, s7/s8 outside, js13 length; H7 or H8 bore after press -fitting), not limits. The model is the nominal part before fitting, concentric.
« Chamfers: On the bore and outside edges at both ends: Table 2's maximum C for the wall (D - d)/2, modeled at the limit, along the axis, and C tan(q) across it; a from Figure 1. Capped at a quarter of the wall; the cap is the owner's rule.
e Frame: Z the axis, one end face at Z = 0, the other at Z = L. The form is symmetric, so either end works.
« Grooves, holes, markings, finish: None modeled: standard parts are plain, and a press-fit part carries no CommunityCAD mark. Sintered bronze, oil impregnated: render material only.
