Conventions
e Illustrative rotor: Venturi bore (a + e)/2, rotor hub, four struts on the diagonals at the outlet face (dh wide, t/10 deep) and equal swept blades (7 from 60 mm, 5 below) with a tip clearance. Blades are illustrative, not any maker's design; frame, mounting holes and outline are from maker drawings.
* Frame sides: The corners are open between two flanges k thick, one at each face; each hole runs through t, through both flanges. Where no maker's drawing gives k, k is the house flange t/6 (to 0.1 mm, at least 1.5 mm), illustrative and labelled (house).
« Mounting holes: Four plain through holes dh on a square of side e, centred on the axis.
« Values: a, t, e, dh and k at their reconciled values from two or more makers' drawings (no published standard); within the makers' tolerance the most precise, then the lowest.
« Edges, labels, leads: Square corners, sharp edges. No labels, moulded arrows or lead wires; front (intake) at +Z, airflow toward -Z, rotation clockwise seen from the outlet face.
