Conventions
« Pololu's drawings: No published standard: the parts are Pololu's, and Pololu's dimension diagrams are their maker drawings. TT Motor and NFP cross-check the gearbox lengths and the 37D's shaft.
« Where makers differ: The largest stated shaft length, gearbox, can, bosses, terminals and encoder cover, so a mount made to the model clears every maker's motor; each maker's value is on the page. The shaft, its flat, the threads and the hole positions stay exact.
« Gearbox and face: The gearbox's front chamfer, the 25D's two seam grooves, the 37D's arc recess round the boss, the cross-head plate screws and the boss's chamfer. Illustrative, not Pololu's design, checked for fit only.
* Holes, shaft, can and encoder: Tapped holes as plain bores at the thread's nominal diameter to Pololu's stated depth; the flat's length and the shaft's end chamfer; the can's rounded rear edge, nylon end cap, terminal holes and red polarity dot; the encoder cover's walls and header slot; the CommunityCAD mark. Illustrative.
