Conventions
+ Makers’ tables: No published standard: Gates' design manual, Misumi's GPA 2GT tables and SDP/SI's catalog page, each its own lineage. Pitch and outside diameters agree at every size.
« Where makers differ: The largest stated flange, face width, overall length and hub, so the model covers every maker's pulley; each maker's value is on the page. 16t-5 and 20t-5 stand on one lineage, labelled single source.
¢ Band, flanges and hub: The toothed band is a plain cylinder at the outside diameter: Gates' groove profile is proprietary. Each flange (bf - b) / 2 thick, the hub L - bf long, computed. The flange rims, hub end and bore chamfered. Illustrative, checked for fit only.
« Set screws: Radial plain bores at the thread's nominal diameter, through the hub's wall at mid-hub: two at 90 degrees, one on 16 teeth (Gates' note). Their place along the hub is house.
