Conventions
¢ Toe where r2 >= t: At 40x40x3, 45x45x3 and 50x50x3 the toe round has no end face to be tangent to: it leaves the inner face at its tangent
point and runs out at the outer toe corner, so h and r2 both hold.
« Edges and tolerances: Sharp heel and outer toe edges. Nominal section: EN 10056 -2's rolling tolerances aren't modeled. « Ends, lengths, finish: Flat ends square to the length, sharp edges (a sawn bar). The stock lengths as file options, length tolerance not modeled.
No markings. Mid-grey mill scale with bright sawn ends, appearance only.
